Thanksgiving Tablescape Ideas

I know everyone is saying this, but I really cannot believe it’s already November, and we’re prepping for Thanksgiving. It feels like Christmas was only maybe a few months ago, and before you know it, we’ll be saying this same exact thing again. One thing I do love about this time of year, and you’ll know this to be true if you’ve seen my Christmas Tree saga stories recently, is that I LOVE holiday decor.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorites. You can decorate as early as you want to for Thanksgiving because of fall, and you can leave your Christmas or holiday decorations up for as long as you want to after the new year because you can, lol! Although I prefer to take mine down right after New Year, I love seeing decorations around after Christmas.

I was going to host Thanksgiving this year, but we were invited to celebrate with our friends, and so I won’t be in charge of decorating. However, I still wanted to share the part I love: choosing a Thanksgiving tablescape—something I’ll probably do just for decor anyway. My options this year are Disposable/Minimal, Neutral, and Black and White with gold accents.

Tablescape 1: Disposable/Minimal

Being that we just moved in less than a year ago, and I’m still figuring out what our style is, I don’t have permanent china that I love yet. Holidays also often involve lots of people, and I’m not a fan of doing that many dishes. Here is some inspo that is convenient for its disposable elements and pleasing to the eye because of its minimalist design. I also used these exact plates, cups, and utensils for my rehearsal dinner. Take a look below!

Fallscapes always remind me of growing up in New Jersey. I love the warm tones and the clean aesthetic!

You can’t ever go wrong with Black, White and Gold decor. It complements so many different decor styles and allows for re-use because of the versatility of most of the decor peices.

Which one is your favorite? Is there a theme or color palette you’re going for that I didn't mention? What are you looking forward to the most? I’m excited to bake with my sister. I’ll share our favorite recipe in next week’s post!

I can’t wait to see your setup. Thanks for reading!
