My Entire Product Stash

Hello beauties! So, many of my followers have been asking me exactly what products I use for my hair, so I figured I’ll make a post about it! I have posted my products in different areas such as Youtube and even here on my blog, but to make it easier for you to find, I decided to put them all here on one concise blog post!Starting from cleansing to my wash and go, here are my products:CleansingBRA-00132-1Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV).I cleanse about every 2 to 3 weeks with this (I dont use shampoo). I only trust this brand because it is organic and in it’s purest form without any additives or chemicals. You can get it from the Vitamin Shoppe, and even many grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Shop Rite. When I cleanse, I dilute it with water by putting it in a spray bottle and filling half of it with water, and half with ACV. I will actually be posting a video on YouTube showing you exactly how I cleanse soon! ;)Co-Washing:tres_nat_picTresemme Naturals ConditionerI co-wash weekly during the weeks that I don’t cleanse. I co-wash more often than I cleanse—about 2 or 3 times a month. Tresemme Naturals is my absolutely favoriteee conditioner! I use it for so many different things and so often! It makes my hair so soft and manageable and it cleans my hair very well. You can get this at Target, Wal-Mart, or any discount store.300As I Am Coconut CoWash Cleansing ConditionerI use this CoWash periodically as well because sometimes I feel like using a conditioner doesn't clean my hair as well as a cleanser or shampoo does. So I'll use this instead to make sure my scalp gets really clean and there is no product build up. It also has great all natural ingredients suchas coconut oil, caster oil, saw palmetto and more!Detangling:Tresemme Naturals ConditionerNow you can see why I love this conditioner so much! Its so versatile! Since it has awesome slip, it is perfect for detangling! I finger detangle in the shower with my hair soaking wet. (I’ll be posting a video about this soon too!)Deep Conditioning:I switch up what I condition with often. I feel like my hair needs something different here and there, plus I like trying new conditioners. Here is a list of the different ones I use:SheaMoistureOrganicRawSheaButterDeepTreatmentHairMasqueShea Moisture’s Deep Treatment Masque (Can be found at Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc)Trader Joe’s Nourish Spa Conditioner (Trader Joes)Tresseme Naturals (again lol)Wash n' Go:I have my wash and go video here, but I actuallyswitched it up recently because my hair got used to the products I was using. I definitely suggest checking it out though because it may work for some of you, but unfortunately it doesn’t work for me anymore. So here are my new wash n' go products!smsmoothieShea Moisture’s Curl Enhancing SmoothieI use this as my leave-in. You can buy this at Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc.untitledCurl Junkie’s Pattern PushaI use this as my styling gel. I bought it online from www.aveyou.com.I absolutely lovee this new combo! It makes my curls SUPER defined and super soft as well! Thanks to my sister (@Taralindaa) for having the patience to try new products and figure it out!! She’s a lot more patient that me and can handle the whole trial and error phase LOL.Buns (my short term protective style):During the week I like to keep my ends tucked away and in a bun so I get less split ends and tangles. So even though I only wear my buns during the weekdays, they function as a very short-term protective style for me! Here are the products I use for it:Coconut-Oil1Coconut OilI absolutely LOVE coconut oil! I use it for EVERYTHING! I even have a blog about all of it’s benefits of it! I apply it to my whole head (especially my ends) in the morning, and at night for moisture. You can buy coconut oil practically anywhere now from super markets to drug and vitamin stores. Try to get unrefined coconut oil because it has more nutrients!Jojoba oilpGNC1-2486167t300x3001I recently started using this, so I can’t give a whole lot of reviews from personal experience, except that it smells really good LOL. But I do know that it promotes hair growth and moisture! I use it during the week to seal (after I apply coconut oil), and I make sure I especially apply it to my ends. I apply it to my ends with my Wash n' Go's as well.Olive Oil Eco Style Gel41T56XSHlIL._SY300_1This isn’t the healthiest for your hair, but it is super cheap and doesn’t have alchohol in it. So it's less drying than most gels. I use this to slick down my sides.Waterwater-droplet11Water is one of the best ‘products’ you could use on your hair! It moisturizes and gives your hair life! I put water on my hair both in the morning and night to nourish my hair. (before I put on the coconut oil). And of course, I drink tons of it as well!Misc:Don’t forget to sleep with either a satin pillow case or wrap your hair with a scarf at night! This prevents frizz, breakage, and tangles! So that's it! All my products! Pretty simple right? I'm definitely a minimalist when it comes to my hair--so the less, the better! Until next time,Screen-shot-2013-02-10-at-11.51.48-PM2
