The past two weeks or so I’ve been cheating A LOT when it comes to my healthy eating habits (not horrriblyy...but not as healthy as I should have been). And so I was actually feeling a little guilty about it! It can be really hard to eat healthy when you are super busy with school, work, your social life, and everything else under the sun! I’m sure many of you can relate, but don’t let it stop you from eating right, and don’t beat yourself up when you get a little off track. It is really easy to turn back around!
So instead of making excuses, I just forced myself to get back to my healthy eating habits. This recipe was a superrrr easy, quick and tasty way to contribute to them! As I’ve said before, I’m not vegetarian–but I do try to eat meatless most of the time. This was actually my first time cooking tofu and if I must say myself, it came out really good! Lol but if you don’t like tofu you can add chicken! So try it out and let me know what you think!!!
