Happy Monday beautiful people! I hope you are enjoying this gorjess sunny day! Okay so recently I’ve been consistently working out! Summer will be here before you know it so I’m not playing now! LOL. So the other day I whipped up this super quick and easy protein shake that needs minimal ingredients! It is perfect for adding the necessary protein your body needs to build your muscles right after you work out (I drink my green smoothie first to give me energy for my workout). It contains 12.5 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber, and 1 gram of potassium! Sounds great right? Try it out ;)
- 3 Tbsps Trader Joe’s Vanilla Flavored Organic Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Very Ripe Bananas
- 6-8 chopped Strawberries
- 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
Chop strawberries and cut bananas for easy blending and add to blender
Blend low to high for a smoother texture
Poor into a tall glass and drink up!
