A few months ago I started juicing in addition to blending and I love it. I really enjoy all the different types of juices I can make! So I wanted to share with you one of my favorites that I created so far. It is simple, loaded with tons of nutrients, and super yummy!
- 3 Slices of Pineapple
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- 2 Cups Spinach/Kale
- 8 Mint Leaves (with stem)
- 1/2 Squeezed Lemon
*Keep in mind that the measurements can change! Some people might like more of a minty taste and want to add more leaves, some might want more of a lemony taste, etc. So you can switch it up and play with it to get the perfect taste that fits you!
This recipe is super simple, and pretty self explanatory.
1. Peel and core 3 slices of pineapple about a quarter of an inch thick
2. Slice the apple and pear (some Juicers you don’t have to slice, but with mine you do)
3. Put all of the ingredients in the Juicer and let it do it’s work!
Pretty easy right? You really don’t have to do much, and that’s what I love about juicing! Plus it taste sooo good! The pineapple and mint make it taste delicious! And not only does the lemon add some great flavor, but it helps you digest the nutrients better.
