A few months ago I started juicing in addition to blending and I love it. I really enjoy all the different types of juices I can make! So I wanted to share with you one of my favorites that I created so far. It is simple, loaded with tons of nutrients, and super yummy!
So this week I finally got my very first juicer!! Ahhhhh! I’ve been wanting one foreverr and then when I finally ordered one, I had to wait two weeks for it to be delivered! LOL. (I bought the Dash Slow Tall Squeeze Juicer on Groupon! It was originally $279 but I got it for $99! Super good deal! Unfortunately the deal isn’t on anymore). So when I finally got it I was super excited! If you follow me on instagram, you can see that I’ve been juicing like crazy ever since I got it. It has made me even more health conscious! I make juices along with my green smoothies now! But a lot of people are wondering whether they should juice, or blend. My answer is both! Here’s why:
So I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about how I would eat while here in Jamaica. Sometimes when I go on vacation, I start eating all crazy and don’t know how to act! But who wants to come back from vacation with extra weight on you? Instead you should come back looking refreshed and hotter! But I’m glad to say that while I’ve been in Jamaica I have eaten the best I have in a long time! Both in regards to the taste and the healthiness!!! It has been so easy to eat healthy here because everything is fresh and organic. There are fruits and vegetables EVERYWHERE! I’ve been eating tons of coconuts, pineapples, papaya, bananas, callaloo (they are like collard greens but taste even better!) and so much more! I am lovinggg it! So I’ve shared a few of my health tips to help you eat healthy on your next vacation too!
